Khuumaa and Bridget

Phaedon is over today (that's Koztah's brother) and they're both watching Angry Video Game Nerd videos, leaving me to my own devices. In revenge, I made Phaedon sit on the drum throne (which kills your ass after 5 minutes).

Since Koztah is half vampire/has a shitty monitor/whatever he cannot tolerate the lights being on (good thing I own a Saitek Eclipse keyboard!). It was too dark, so I couldn't draw anything from scratch, and went hunting in one of my drawing pads for something suitable. I found this.

FYI, I don't play anymore, but Khuu is still hella-cool. No hatin' on the color scheme; I'm not the one who decided that death ravagers look like clown puke.

Also, Koztah named my ravager. I later found out Bridget was the name of a crossdresser from an anime series.

Spark - Character Sheet

I've been kicking this character around my head for over a year, going through a bunch of little stories and ideas, not really knowing what to do with her. When I saw the Iron Man movie, I knew where she fit! I wanted her to be an original character, not linked to any existing universe (not a fan character), but she fits so well in the Marvel Universe with Iron Man and the Avengers Initiative. I may still create a parallel Kinsey who isn't a Marvel character, but I wanted to do this first.

I'll admit, it's because I'm a raving mad Iron Man fan. XD

This was a character sheet for my ooooold character, who yes, was known as Cally Cat (it makes me feel so embarassed now, I can't even explain), who was created when I was a wee little 11 year old.

She's been dumped and exchanged for a newer model with a pouch and antlers now, but, some people seemed to like this picture, so whatever. :)

Gargoyle Rave

A finished commission for Volpe-de-Fuego over on deviantart. It's her jackal-like gargoyle character Kiya dancing at a New York City rave. It was purposefully modeled after the 'Rave at the Dracana' image, since she liked it so much and my boyfriend(Who the Dracana image was made for) didn't mind at all. The image is pretty big, 19"x24".

Lacuna Apparatus

Something painted for my boyfriend for fun, then later gifted for his graduation.

It's a semi-abstract painting of Lacuna, a clockwork labyrinth that may very well be the heart of the planet it's on.

Lamia

Folklore creature; often associated with snakes, usually known as a snake with a human's head, human's head and chest, or human's upper torso. Generally female.

Also mentioned in folklore as a scaled goat/bear with the head and chest of a woman, or as a full human woman in appearance.

Much like sirens, these creatures tend to lure in humans and it goes badly for the people caught up in it.
