She's named One-Eyed Mary 'cause I was listening to Jethro Tull's Cross-Eyed Mary when I drew it. I wish it wasn't at the bottom of the page so I could give her a body. Maybe later.

Came out rather good I thot ^_^ Possible 'concept painting' for a strip I'm kicking around, "Refugees From Wonderland" or "Escape From Wonderland".

This is on heavyweight 8.5"x11" paper, done with watercolor pencils ~ you draw with them, then run a wet brush over them & it's like watercolor paint. Got them as a gift ages ago (thanks Sue!) Trying to find a way to color things well (or at least good enough) yet quickly enough to do an ongoing strip...
